The PI Foundation has launched a comprehensive Skilling and Employability Program in Bharuch district, Gujarat, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment. This strategic initiative operates in close proximity to PI Foundation’s major manufacturing unit, creating a direct link between skill development and local industrial requirements.

Program Mission: Empower underprivileged and educationally disadvantaged youth by providing industry-relevant skills training and facilitating sustainable employment opportunities in high-growth sectors.

Geographic Coverage and Target Population

Coverage Area: 70-80 villages across Bharuch district, including Jambusar and surrounding rural areas

Target Beneficiaries:
