Empowerment

While policies will create the foundation for inclusive growth, the real challenge is empowering the society to ensure everyone leverages their own capabilities to the fullest to take advantage of the foundation. Our goal is to work towards empowering individuals through education and skills towards reducing school dropouts and generating enhanced livelihood. This is done through the following initiatives:

  1. Exposure to vocational skills and industry involvement in schools (9th to 12th standards)
  2. Promoting the love for science in middle school children through special hands-on labs and training in schools that can’t afford the equipment
  3. Promoting Sign language and other skills in school children to enhance empathy towards the differently abled
  4. Facilitate industry connect and live projects in colleges to enhance employability of college graduates
